Everything Tarlac helps connect concerned citizens with people and causes that may need community support. Cases submitted to us are reviewed before they can become public Community Assistance campaigns.
Submitting a report does not automatically create a fundraiser and does not guarantee publication, financial assistance or community support.

The public reports a concern. Everything Tarlac retains editorial control over verification, approval, campaign setup and publication.

Everything Tarlac reviews the information provided.
Verify
We contact relevant parties and review supporting information.
Approve
Cases that meet our requirements may be approved.
Publish
Only approved campaigns are made publicly visible.
Update
Verified assistance and campaign developments are documented.
No self-published fundraising
Visitors cannot publish a campaign, set donation details, change verified totals, verify their own contributions or post campaign updates. Every public campaign begins with an approved Everything Tarlac case review.
Transparent case records
Reports, verification decisions, consent, approved public information, campaign accounting, assistance releases, updates and closure history remain linked while private details stay protected.
Basic status checking
Reporters can use their reference number and email address to see an appropriate public status message without exposing internal notes.

Everything Tarlac facilitates community assistance but is not a charity, foundation, NGO, medical or veterinary provider, rescue organization, government agency, hospital or emergency service.
