Listing and transaction rules
Everything Tarlac provides local discovery and contact tools. Buyers and sellers transact directly; Everything Tarlac does not hold payments, guarantee products or act as an escrow service.
Required
- Use accurate titles, descriptions, locations, prices and contact details.
- Submit only content and photos you own or are authorised to use.
- Disclose relevant condition, restrictions, fees, job terms or offer dates.
- Follow Philippine laws and applicable professional, employment and consumer rules.
Prohibited
- Scams, misleading claims, impersonation or fake contact information.
- Weapons, illegal drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products or regulated items offered unlawfully.
- Discriminatory job posts, exploitative schemes or requests for improper upfront payment.
- Sensitive personal information, harassment, sexual exploitation or unsafe animal sales.
Transaction safety
- Verify the identity, item, property, employer or service before paying.
- Meet in a safe public place and bring someone you trust when appropriate.
- Never share passwords, one-time codes, banking credentials or government ID copies unnecessarily.
- Report suspicious listings immediately. Approval is moderation, not a guarantee or endorsement.
Privacy and contact publication
Submission details are stored for review and operation of the listing service. Approved public details, including the contact methods you provide for publication, may be visible to any visitor. Private review notes and upload controls are limited to authorised Everything Tarlac editors.
