A concerned citizen recently contacted Everything Tarlac regarding an injured dog seen inside a property in Fiesta Communities San Rafael.
Following the report, the Everything Tarlac team was able to communicate directly with the dog's owner.
The owner confirmed that they are aware of the dog's condition and provided additional information regarding the care they have been giving the dog.
According to the owner, the injury reportedly became noticeable following a period of severe weather.
They shared that they have been cleaning the wound whenever they are able to return home and that the dog's condition has shown some improvement compared with before.
The owner has also expressed openness to receiving assistance that may help provide veterinary assessment, treatment, medicines, wound care, and recovery support.
With the owner's cooperation, Everything Tarlac is helping facilitate this voluntary Community Assistance campaign.

Owner update requirement
The dog’s owner has been requested to provide Everything Tarlac with reasonable updates regarding the dog’s condition, veterinary treatment, medicines and recovery whenever campaign assistance is used. These updates support transparency for community members who choose to contribute.
